Cabinet approves amended draft for Ministry of Justice

AMMAN — The Cabinet on Sunday approved the legislative rationales behind the amended draft of the administrative regulation system for the Ministry of Justice for 2023.
The amended draft aims to enhance governance and institutionalise processes for monitoring and evaluating governmental performance, aligning with the priorities of the Executive Programme for the Economic Modernisation Vision for 2023-2025.
As part of this, a unit for monitoring achievements and governmental performance will be established within the Ministry of Justice's organisational structure, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
Additionally, the draft includes the creation of a cyber security unit within the ministry.
The Cabinet also approved the inclusion of development cities in a project designated to incentivise agricultural industries in industrial cities.
