Engineers syndicate protests Israeli gas deal

AMMAN — The Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) and the coordination committee of groups protesting the import of Israeli gas on Monday organised a sit-in in front of the National Electric Power Company, calling for cancellation the agreement with Israel.
Participants at the event said that this agreement, if signed, will support Israel in its coming wars against the Palestinian people and Arab nation, according to a JEA statement.
