AMMAN — The Arab League has lauded the relentless efforts made by Jordan, Egypt and Qatar to stop the Israeli attacks on the Palestinian territories in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
On the sidelines of his participation in the UN General Assembly’s session to discuss Israel's attacks on the Palestinians, Arab League Assistant Secretary General Hussam Zaki said that the recent crisis revealed “complete pan-Arab solidarity with the Palestinian cause at the popular and official levels”.
Zaki called for taking action regarding reconstruction efforts following the Israeli attacks on Gaza and supporting Jerusalemites' steadfastness, adding that “the world has become more convinced of the justice of their cause”, amid Israel's ethnic cleansing and forced displacement, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
