Two drowning cases reported in Mafraq, Karak

MAFRAQ — An 11-year-old boy drowned in a well located five kilometres away from Mafraq city on Saturday.

Civil Defence Department personnel took the boy to Mafraq Public Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

On Friday, a seven-year old girl drowned in an agricultural pond in Karak, according to Mahmoud Ouneh, administrative director of Ghor Al Safi Hospital.
