Man falls to his death; girl drowns in pond

ZARQA/KARAK — A 64-year-old man died after falling from the second floor of his house in Hiteen Refugee Camp on Saturday, according to the Ruseifa Police Department.

On Friday, a seven-year old girl drowned in an agricultural pond in Karak, according to Mahmoud Ouneh, administrative director of Ghor Al Safi Hospital.

The Civil Defence Department took the girl to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival.
