Fayez meets Chilean senator on enhancing bilateral relations

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Al Fayez on Tuesday commended Chile's supportive stance on just Arab causes. During his meeting with Chilean Senator Ximena González, the discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations between the nations and underscored the need to overcome any obstacles hindering progress, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

Fayez highlighted Jordan's position regarding the overall regional landscape, with a special emphasis on the Palestinian cause. He highlighted Jordan's unwavering commitment to pursuing political solutions to conflicts and disputes, rejecting violence, bloodshed, and destruction.

The Chilean senator lauded the Kingdom's significant role in promoting peace, restoring security, and fostering stability in the region.
