Body found in King Talal Dam confirmed as missing Zarqa man

AMMAN — On Sunday night, a body was found in King Talal Dam, revealed after DNA testing to be Hamza Khatib, who had been missing for almost a month, the Public Security Department’s (PSD) spokesperson said on Monday.

Security teams found the body and carried out forensic and lab tests to identify the body, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. Khatib was a young man who was swept away in January by torrential waters in Wadi Al Qamar in Zarqa.
