Regulatory departments trained on utilising Tawasol app

AMMAN — The Trade Ministry and the International Finance Corporation organised this week a training programme for regulatory government entities that have adopted the “Tawasol Feedback System on Business Inspection Performance”, according to a Tawasol statement.
Twenty-five representatives from the Labour Ministry, the Greater Amman Municipality, the Tourism Ministry, and the Civil Defence Department attended the training.
The programme aimed at educating inspection department heads and assistants at regulatory government entities on how to operate Tawasol mobile application (available on www.tawasol.gov.jo) and handle received data and information.
Moreover, they learned how to analyse feedback from the private sector to improve inspection procedures, the statement said.
