AMMAN — The Jordan Small and Medium Enterprises Industrial Association (Jordan SMEs) has organised a workshop to train businesses on using the “Tawasol Inspection Feedback System” in collaboration with the International Finance Corporation and the Trade Ministry.
Held under the National Inspection Reform Programme, the workshop aimed to raise awareness on Tawasol service and its benefits, according to a statement sent to The Jordan Times.
“Tawasol is a user-friendly and time-efficient electronic system and application that facilitates the provision of feedback on inspection processes from anywhere and at anytime,” the statement said.
Business owners are required to fill a short survey — obtained through the app or by visiting www.tawasol.gov.jo — about their inspection visit.
Once the forms are received by the authorities, measures are taken to analyse the observations and comments, after which a report is developed in order to improve inspection visits.
