Water minister announces WhatsApp line for complaints, comments

AMMAN — Citizens across the Kingdom can now send their remarks and complaints about water and sanitation services via WhatsApp to the numbers 0791500696 and 0791500686 round the clock, Water Minister Raed Abul Saud said on Sunday.
Abul Saud said that the ministry will continue exerting efforts to deal with such remarks “in a responsible way”, according to a ministry statement.
Ministry Secretary General Ali Suboh said that the new service includes all water companies in the Kingdom, as people can send the location of these remarks or complaints, highlighting the need for citizens to indicate whether the remark is related to water or sanitation to refer it “directly and quickly” to the concerned entity.
