Two children die after drowning in pond in Ajloun

AMMAN — Two children died after drowning in a pond in Ajloun, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday. The Civil Defence Department (CDD) said in a statement that CDD cadres retrieved the dead bodies from the pool, and transferred them to Princess Haya Military Hospital.
The sources added that CDD divers swept the pool for the possibility of a third child, according to what some citizens said, but the search did not reveal any other victims of drowning.
