Turkish Airlines resumes flights to King Hussein International Airport

AMMAN — Turkish Airlines on Monday resumed its regular flights to the King Hussein International Airport in Aqaba.
CEO of the Aqaba Airports Company and Director of King Hussein International Airport Ramzi Arafat, said that Turkish Airlines will operate three flights per week to Aqaba, stressing that this will boost the tourism recovery and the commercial sectors in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Meanwhile, Omar Smadi, director of public relations and passenger services at the airport, said that the Turkish Airlines plane carried 56 passengers from Istanbul to the airport and will return with 87 passengers.
