AMMAN — The Ministry of Social Development has completed the distribution of 30,000 magnetic food cards to 30,000 families in need across all governorates, the Badia regions and camps, as part of the Royal initiatives launched on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

A ministry statement on Sunday said that the prepaid magnetic cards allow beneficiary families to purchase food and supplies of up to JD100 from branches of the military and civilian consumption corporations across the Kingdom, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The Royal initiatives, which are being implemented across the Kingdom, reflect the Royal vision that considers sustainable development as both a means and a goal, leading to the achievement of sustainable social and economic development and securing a better standard of living for all citizens.
