AMMAN — The Kingdom will be affected by a relatively hot air mass on Friday, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said Thursday.
Relatively hot weather is expected in the hilly areas over the next three days, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley, badia regions and Aqaba with northwesterly moderate winds, the Jordan News Agency, Petra reported.
In a statement, the JMD warned of limited visibility in desert areas due to dust raising winds, urging the public to avoid direct sun exposure in Aqaba and the Jordan Valley.
Temperatures in Amman on Friday are expected to range between 18°C and 35°C. In Aqaba, mercury levels will be between 27°C and 39°C, the JMD statement said.
