PM meets with entrepreneurial youth, discusses challenges

AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Wednesday met with youths behind a number of initiatives from around the Kingdom.

In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the premier affirmed the importance of cultivating channels of communication between the youth and the government to find solutions to the issues that face the aforementioned demographic and to activate its role in various areas within society.

He said that his Majesty King Abdullah constantly stresses the need to focus attention on projects that target the youth and their participation in political, social and economic activities.

Razzaz said the government depends on the youth to create positive change, pointing out that the government is fully aware that unemployment is the youth’s greatest concern.
