Lower House bloc urges review of electricity price hikes

AMMAN — Members of the Lower House’s Islah (reform) bloc on Saturday urged the government to reconsider its decision to increase electricity prices.
In a meeting, they noted that citizens are facing “difficult” living conditions and cannot bear more hikes in the prices of basic commodities.
