King attends iftar held by armed forces

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF), accompanied by HRH Crown Prince Hussein, attended an iftar banquet on Wednesday, held by the JAF at the King Abdullah Special Operations Training Centre.

Several members of the Royal family, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs-of-Staff Gen. Mashal Al Zaben and senior officers were present at the banquet.

King Abdullah and the attendees performed Maghreb prayers at the centre.
