Jordan condemns terror attack in Kandahar

AMMAN — The government on Tuesday condemned the terrorist attack that targeted Kandahar governor's house, which resulted in the injury of Emirati Ambassador to Afghanistan Juma Kabi and other Emirati diplomats accompanying him.
Government Spokesperson Mohammad Momani voiced Jordan's solidarity with the UAE and Afghanistan in their endeavours to fight terrorism and extremism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Momani, who is also the minister of state for media affairs, reaffirmed the Kingdom's rejection of terrorism and attacks that target the stability of countries and the security of innocent citizens. The minister wished Kabi and the injured diplomats a speedy recovery.
