Iftaa Department warns against books promoting Takfiri ideology

AMMAN — The Iftaa Department on Tuesday warned against books that promote the Takfiri religious extremism, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The department said it has reviewed some books promoted through competitions and other activities, which aim to spread extremism and expose community members to extremists adopting deviant and radical thoughts that violate the moderate approach of Islam.
