AMMAN — Health Minister Nathir Obeidat decided to reduce costs of antibodies and rapid antigen tests as of Tuesday.

The antibodies (IGG/IGM) test will cost JD10 instead of JD15, while the rapid antigen test will cost JD7 instead of JD10, Obeidat announced in a ministry statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

The amendment was made upon a recommendation of the medical laboratories committee that was formed to periodically consider the costs of tests.
