Gov’t approves agricultural college in Northern Ghor

NORTHERN GHOR — The government approved the establishment of an agricultural college in Northern Ghor to be affiliated with Balqa Applied University, Minister of Higher Education Amin Mahmoud said Friday.
Mahmoud told area residents the government will establish the college as soon as possible.
Mahmoud and Education Minister Mohammad Thneibat visited a proposed location for the college in Wadi Al Rayan, where there already is a vocational school on a 250-dunum plot of land.
