AMMAN — Prime Minister and Minister of Defence Bisher Al Khasawneh and all the ministerial team on Tuesday signed the code of honour and the statement of conflict of interests.
The code, signed during a Cabinet session, aims to ensure the commitment of the Council of Ministers to good performance and keenness on the public interest, and to disclose any potential conflict of interests that might arise while on duty, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The code also determines the tasks and duties that the Cabinet members must adhere to as stipulated in the Constitution and legislation in force, including the implementation of programmes, projects and plans that can realise the policies of the state and national goals.
