Children’s museum celebrates Global Money Week

AMMAN — The Children’s Museum Jordan (CMJ) on Monday launched a number of special activities, to last until the end of March, in celebration of the Global Money Week.
In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, representatives from the museum said that Global Money Week is celebrated annually in March, organised by the Child and Youth Finance International’s secretariat with the aim of increasing financial awareness among children aged four to 12. The event also aims at teaching children sound financial planning skills.
More than 160 countries worldwide hold celebrations, workshops and activities in line with the event. The CMJ event will host interviews with employees from the Arab Bank to shed light on employment in the financial sector. Activities will run in accordance with CMJ working hours, available on its website.
