AMMAN — Deputising for His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Wednesday attended the graduation of the 33rd class of Mutah University's military wing.

Upon arrival, Crown Prince Hussein was received by HRH Prince Feisal, Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh, Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Hneiti, Public Security Directorate Director Maj. Gen. Obeidallah Maaytah and Mutah University President Salameh Naimat, according to a Royal Court statement.

During the ceremony, the Mutah University president congratulated the graduates and noted that the graduation coincides with the national occasions of His Majesty King Abdullah II’s Silver Jubilee, the Great Arab Revolt anniversary and Army Day.

During the ceremony, the Crown Prince presented prizes to top achievers, the statement said.

A number of senior officers, officials and military attaches attended the ceremony.
