Army chief meets Kuwait ambassador, visits Royal Guard Command

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Huneiti and Kuwaiti ambassador to Jordan Aziz Dehani on Wednesday discussed means to enhance cooperation and coordination between the two countries, as well as enhancing bilateral relations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Also on Wednesday, Huneiti visited the Special Royal Guard Command and listened to a briefing by its commander Col. Raed Rahahleh on its tasks, duties and programmes, Petra added. Huneiti met with commissioned and non-commissioned personnel of the unit and conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah’s, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, greetings to them, expressing his pride in their “high-level” of proficiency and morale.
