Japan presents grant to family planning association

AMMAN — The government of Japan on Sunday presented a grant of $79,166 to the Jordan Association for Family Planning and Protection (JAFPP), the Japanese embassy said in a statement.
The support is offered for the procurement of medical equipment for the association’s clinics in Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, Mafraq and Aqaba. Japanese Ambassador to Jordan Shuichi Sakurai and JAFPP President Basil Al Hadid signed the grant agreement.
