AMMAN — The Civil Defence Department (CDD) has urged commercial and industrial business owners to utilise the Tawasol Feedback System on Business Inspection Performance, according to a Tawasol statement released Tuesday.
Tawasol enables business owners to assess inspection procedures carried out by the CDD, the statement said.
Business owners are required to fill a short survey about their inspection visit which can be obtained through the Tawasol mobile application on the Apple Store and Google Play, or by visiting www.tawasol.gov.jo.
The CDD stressed that adopting Tawasol corresponds with its efforts to collect feedback from service recipients in order to take correctional measures, according to the statement.
