Zain Jordan donates 90 wound therapy devices to Jordanian field hospitals in Gaza

AMMAN — Zain Jordan, in cooperation with the Jordanian Armed Forces - Arab Army, has provided 90 Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) devices, to the Jordanian field hospitals operating in Gaza.
The NPWT devices are used to treat open and acute wounds, as well as second and third-degree burns that do not heal with traditional treatments, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
In addition, Zain has also provided medical consumables and supporting equipment, which were handed over to the Royal Medical Services to operate these devices
The initiative reflects Jordan's ongoing commitment to supporting the people of Gaza, strengthening the efforts of the Jordanian Armed Forces in delivering urgent and essential healthcare. It also aims to bolster the medical infrastructure in the war-torn Strip, addressing the severe challenges faced by the healthcare sector and meeting the growing demand for medical supplies, equipment, and emergency humanitarian aid amid the ongoing Israeli aggression.
