JAF dispatches 15-truck aid convoy to Gaza

AMMAN — The Jordanian Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) on Wednesday dispatched a humanitarian aid convoy to the special Jordanian field hospital/2 in southern Gaza under Royal directives, and in coordination with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organisation. The convoy consisted of 15 trucks carrying essential supplies, medical aid and food items for Palestinians in the besieged Strip, aiming to alleviate the difficult conditions and the impact of the ongoing conflict in the region, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. JAF on Tuesday received medical and surgical equipment from Germany to contribute in preparing the special Jordanian field hospital/2 in southern Gaza. The equipment included patient monitoring devices, dermal cutters and specialised surgical equipment, Petra, reported. This grant aimed to enhance military cooperation between the two countries.
