AMMAN — Minister of Labour and Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Yousef Shamali and Algerian Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Faisal bin Taleb on Tuesday discussed provisions for healthcare services for Algerian patients in the Kingdom.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the 49th session of the Arab Labour Conference in Cairo, addressed several issues related to work, employment, and social security, and cooperation mechanisms in these areas, pursuant to the outcomes of a 2022 visit by His Majesty King Abdullah to Algeria, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Shamali also headed a ministerial delegation to Algeria in February, in implementation of the outcomes of King Abdullah's visit to Algiers, and his talks with Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and senior officials.
