Mubaidin calls for joint Arab anti-terror efforts

AMMAN — Interior Minister Samir Mubaidin on Wednesday stressed the need for joint Arab efforts to address threats to regional security and stability, especially those posed by terrorist organisation.
The minister's remarks came during the Council of Arab Interior Ministers’ 35th session in Algeria, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
On the sidelines of the meeting, the minister met with his counterparts of Saudi Arabia’s Prince Abdulaziz Bin Saud Bin Naif, Bahrain’s Rashid Bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and Somalia’s Mohamed Abubakar Islow.
During the meetings, Mubaidin discussed bilateral relations and security cooperation with Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Somalia.
