Fayez inaugurates 8th Scientific Research Conference

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Saturday inaugurated the 8th Scientific Research Conference organised by the Jordan Society for Scientific Research, in cooperation with the University of Jordan (UJ), the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. 

Fayez stressed the importance of supporting scientific research to guarantee development and resilience in the face of challenges. He said: “The strength and development of countries in various areas depends primarily on strategic planning, which is based on organised scientific research.

This places a great responsibility on researchers and academics to provide accurate and transparent information to decision makers.” For his part, UJ President Azmi Mahafzah highlighted the importance of collaboration between Jordanian and Arab students from the region in conducting scientific research.
