Environment Ministry, Zain Jordan sign MoU

AMMAN — Zain Jordan on Thursday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Environment over environmental protection mechanisms.
According to a company statement, the MoU aims to coordinate efforts and develop plans, objectives and expertise to "preserve the environment, its various elements and its sustainability for a better life".
Environment Minister Muawieh Radaideh said that the ministry seeks to protect the environment through greater cooperation with the private sector.
Zain Jordan stressed its commitment to reach the sustainable development goals outlined in its various programmes and initiatives.
