Education Ministry forms investigative committee over allegedly abusive teacher

AMMAN — Education Minister Azmi Mahafzah on Wednesday decided to form a committee to investigate a video showing a teacher purportedly beating a student. 

Mahafzah renewed the ministry's rejection of all non-educational practices at schools, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
