AUM hosts Japanese ambassador for bilateral relations seminar

AMMAN — The American University of Madaba (AUM) has hosted Japanese Ambassador to Amman Okuyama Jiro in a symposium aimed at shedding light on the Jordanian-Japanese relations.

In an AUM statement, cited by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, on Sunday, University President Mamoun Akroush expressed keenness to enhance cultural and academic exchange with Japanese academic institutions to provide educational tools that can enhance the academic level and skills of AUM students.

The Japanese ambassador also met with President of the AUM Board of Trustees Azzam Shweihat and faculty and administrative members.
