US charity donates wheelchairs to RMS

AMMAN — US LDS Charities on Thursday presented 600 wheelchairs to the Royal Medical Services (RMS) for people with disabilities receiving treatment at RMS hospitals, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
The charities will also hold two workshops for physical therapists.
The LDS Charities were established by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 1996 to enhance involvement in relief and development activities throughout the world, according to their website.
