UNESCO, Communications Ministry launch 5th Youth Hackathon

AMMAN — The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO), in partnership with the Ministry of Government Communications, launched the 5th Youth Hackathon for Media and Information Literacy. This initiative is a component of the upcoming UNESCO International Conference titled "Media and Information Literacy in the Digital Space", to be held in Jordan between October 15 and 25. The hackathon is a virtual platform designed to resolve specific societal challenges.
