Suspect confesses to murder of 50-year-old

AMMAN — Northern region Criminal Investigation Department personnel and west Irbid police have arrested a suspect for reportedly murdering a 50-year-old man and abandoning his body in an agricultural field west of Deir Abi Saeed, a Public Security Department statement said Thursday.

Police found the body on Sunday. The suspect confessed to the crime, and the Criminal Court prosecutor began investigating the case.
