Suspect caught in arson attack on Irbid bus

AMMAN — Irbid’s Preventive Security and Criminal Investigation personnel have detained a suspect in an alleged arson attack that targeted a public bus in Qumeim village last week, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Wednesday.

After investigations and interviews with wintesses, the investigators arrested the suspect, who confessed to burning the bus over a personal dispute with the owner, an official said noting that the suspect was referred to the prosecutor.
