State Security Court charges 16 for terror-related activities

AMMAN — The State Security Court (SSC) on Tuesday charged 16 people in 10 cases for promoting the ideologies of armed terrorist groups, possessing weapons with the aim of illicit use and hiding information related to terrorism activities.
The SSC held the sessions with the chairmanship of military judge Col. Ali Mubaidin, according to public safety measures, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Suspects in the cases were also charged with being accomplices in conducting terror acts, attempting to join terrorist organisations and exporting weapons and using them to implement terrorist acts.
