Social Development Ministry aided 97 families during cold front

AMMAN — The Social Development Ministry aided 97 families that were affected by the recent weather conditions across the Kingdom over the past three days.
Aid parcels included food, blankets and mattresses, as well as other basic commodities that helped them endure the harsh weather, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Issam Shraydeh, head of the central emergency committee at the ministry, said that the ministry distributed 96 food parcels, 202 blankets, 98 mattresses, 52 heaters and seven tents.
