Sheep distributed to underprivileged families in Jerash

AMMAN — Jerash Agricultural Directorate (JAD) on Tuesday distributed 64 sheep to poor families in the governorate under the “family farm project”, in the presence of Jerash Governor Mamoon Lawzi and the Head of the Governorate Council Mahmoud Affif.
JAD Director Khaled Shobaki said that four sheep were given to each family, adding that the project aims to support poor families and create job opportunities for their children, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
