Sharkas appointed director of Al Rai Advertising, Marketing Department

AMMAN — The board of directors of the Jordan Press Foundation (Al Rai) appointed Amjad Sharkas as director of the Advertising and Marketing Department, in addition to the position of Adviser for the Development of Institutional Work.

Sharkas is the founder and CEO of Gold Media and Honorary President of the Egyptian Global Cooperation Association.

He also worked with many government and private sectors in many fields of media, advertising and development.

Sharkas graduated from Al Zaytoonah University of Jordan with a bachelor’s in software engineering, and a holder of a certificate of technological entrepreneurship from Harvard University in the US.

He also works in the field of advertising, printing tenders, information technology and quality management. He holds several certificates in quality assurance, public, community and economic services and strategic financial decision-making.
