Shahin appointed senator as of April 18

AMMAN — Senator Muhammad-Said Shahin on Wednesday was sworn in before the Senate during a meeting chaired by Senate President Faisal Fayez. Fayez congratulated Shahin for the Royal confidence, wishing him further success in serving Jordan, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Senate Secretary General Khalid Louzi read the Royal Decree proroguing the ordinary session of Parliament as of April 14 and the Royal Decree appointing Shahin as senator as of April 18.
