Senate to meet Tuesday

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Monday called on the Upper House to meet on Tuesday to prepare the Chamber’s reply to His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne.
During the session, the Senate is also scheduled to elect members of its 16 permanent committees, whose membership lasts for a two-year term, as stipulated in the Chamber’s internal by-law, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
