The court deemed the first phrase of Paragraph B of Article 54 in the law as unconstitutional because it violates the principle of integrity, Constitutional Court Spokesperson Ahmad Tbeishat said. It is now legal to contest a ruling by the Court of Appeals in an arbitration case, he noted.
