AMMAN — Royal Jordanian (RJ) flight 261 from Amman to New York had a minor incident while taxiing at JFK Airport on Monday.
The aircraft's wing collided with the tail of a plane belonging to Delta Airlines, RJ said in a statement.
"The incident was minor; there were no injuries and passengers did not feel the impact.
All passengers on RJ A340 from Amman to New York proceeded to their final destinations," the airline said.
The RJ staff at JFK Airport accommodated the passengers flying back to Amman.
They were offered to either wait for the problem to be fixed or fly back to Amman on other airlines via US or European cities.
