Razzaz meets with delegation over upcoming UPR in Geneva

AMMAN — Prime Minister Omar Razzaz on Wednesday met with the official delegation participating in the meetings of the Human Rights Council in Geneva, which will be held on the November 8, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Razzaz stressed that discussing Jordan’s 3rd national report for the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) for Human Rights in Geneva is an opportunity for Jordan to review the achievements accomplished in the field of developing human rights.
Razzaz also stressed that His Majesty King Abdullah’s Speech from the Throne about a state with human values at its core; ensures that the importance and priority of the people remains a pillar of Jordan.
