AMMAN — Following Royal directives, a park in the capital's Ras Al Ain area was opened to the public on Thursday. The 9-dunum park includes two play grounds, a bicycle track and pedestrian paths. Its facilities also accomodate the needs of people with disabilities, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Inaugurating the facility, Royal Court Secretary General Yousef Issawi, who also heads the committee to follow up on Royal initiatives said, the recreational area is one of seven to be established in cooperation with the Greater Amman Municipality, adding that the revamping of 32 other parks is under way.
