AMMAN — The 34th International Arab Youth Congress (IAYC) concluded in Amman on Sunday with a ceremony attended by Her Majesty Queen Noor, founder and chairperson of the board of trustees of the King Hussein Foundation (KHF).

“Very proud of our Arab youth commitment to #pluralism #genderequality and #reform at #IAYC34,” Queen Noor tweeted while attending the ceremony. “Bravo our Arab and International Youth for earning your place in #IAYC34 through community service contributions to your countries,” she added.

The IAYC was organised by the National Centre for Culture and Arts (NCCA) of the KHF in cooperation with UNICEF under the theme “Investing in Young People as Agents of Positive Change for Human Development”.

The congress featured the participation of delegations from the UAE, Pakistan, Tunisia, Sudan, Serbia, Iraq, Palestine, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, the Netherlands and Jordan, according to an NCCA statement.
